Warranty:
(1). All products are subject to 0.5 year warranty period, otherwise it will be specified in item ads.
(2). Defective item should be returned to us within 5 days of delivery. Only defective product will be offered exchange or refund.
(3). We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us.
(4). Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning, seller is responsible for shipping cost of resending. Good packages come first for your business.

A3: No, the shipment fee needs to be paid by buyers, and it is determined by weight and shipment method.

A4: Our production time is in 15-35 days for the mass order. And the sample will be sent in 7 days after received the payment.

A5: We accept TT ,Western Union and Bank transfer. 30% deposit and 70% before shipping. No payment collection. We only deliver goods.
